It has always been a dream of us to start our mental health trainings under the name of TravellingTherapy abroad, where we can combine our work in psychology and coaching with our passion of travelling.
Travelling is a therapy itself, when we go on a trip we can gain new experiences, get to know different cultures, hence grow our personality. This is why our well-organized trips can start important changes in the mind and they can help to get to know ourselves better.
In TravellingTherapy, we travel in small groups, where everyone is loving, accepting, supportive, and life-long friendships can born.
Only the motivated and brave people travel with TravellingTherapy, since you need to be open minded to travel with people you don’t know and to work on yourself.
Some people travel with TravelTherapy, because they try to escape from their everyday lives, need guidance, face a difficult decision, feel stressed or need a holiday and they would like to work on self-love. Sometimes the best thing to do is to be far away from a certain problem, both physically and mentally, to see it from a different perspective and with support.
There has been a huge demand for TravellingTherapy from the very first moment, some of our trips are fully booked withing a few days after posting them.
TravellingTherapy has different topics that we focus on during a certain trip, such as stress, mindfulness, self-love, healing our inner child, getting out of the comfort zone or enjoying life like in the movie ’Mamma Mia’ (we are constantly implementing new themes to our trips, since we have many returning travellers from previous trips).
We our extremely happy and proud that we can lead our TravellingTherapy trips as mother and daughter. Évi’s more than 20 year experience working in the mental health field and Adri’s knowledge from many years of studying psychology abroad, we perfectly complement each other.
