„ What makes you a winner is how strong you are mentally”
If you want to reach your highest athletic performance, mental preparation is just as important as physical. As a multiple times national champion in running, I was able to learn this through my own experiences. Emotions and different psychological factors (such as self-confidence, motivation, concentration…) highly influence your performance during a game or competition.
On my sessions, I design a highly individualistic mental preparation plan for each athlete, from beginner to elite level, in order to help them reach their goals. During my work with the athletes, I mainly use techniques I learned in America that are practical and succes oriented.
Areas where I can help:
- mental preparation for games/competitions
- pre-competition anxiety
- motivation
- problems with athletic performance
- self-confidence
- handeling pressure
- comeback from injury
- focus
- handeling conflicts within a team
- negative thinking patterns
