Integrative child therapy involves a wide range of tools that can be used for children in different age groups, for different psychological problems (anxiety, sleeping problems, problems in family, anger issues…).

Most of the times children can’t express their feelings with words, however they are highly sensitive to conflicts in their environment and this can affect their behavior and mood. In times likes these, it can be useful to ask for professional help. In integrative child therapy, the main focus is on creativity and playing that are great tools for children to be able to express themselves and their problems.

An important part of child therapy is to stay in close contact with the parents. In the first session, it is always one or both of the parents who have to take part, the therapy with the child will come after. During our sessions, I use different methods to give the child the opportunity to be able to fully express himself, such as drawing therapy, family therapy, playingtherapy…)
